Rhythmic Gymnastics is an eloquent sport that originated from a variety of dance forms, and a combination of new movements, with apparatus, for girls. Rhythmic Gymnastics is a beautiful sport which requires dedication and hard training...especially if you want to reach the top.

There is a variation of 5 different apparatus, combined in unique routines.
These are: Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs & Ribbon. Every level of difficulty uses different apparatus.
If you are competing in the top level, you use 4 of the apparatus in 4 different routines, and these change every 4 years, after the Olympic Games. In the beginning when you start, and for the younger girls, there is also a Free Dance routine, where no apparatus are used.
The combination of unique movement, use of different apparatus & music, and the uniquely designed leotards, makes for a beautiful sport; filled with a high technical level, performed with poise.
